Position Information The Lead 3, Central Intake Program is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the development of programs, process planning, logistical analysis, project management, performance/quality measurement, and reporting, ensuring alignment with regional, organizational and operational goals. This role will act as a liaison, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders for all program related activities, fostering and maintaining effective relationships to ensure trust, commitment, and accountability.
The Lead 3, Central Intake Program will also be responsible for research activities and thematic analysis of results associated with the work of central intake program. The lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of industry trends, standards, and guidelines, including guidelines associated with professional practice for medical imaging.
Rotation/Shifts Days, 8 hour shifts.

What You Will Bring
- 3-year Undergraduate Degree in in the area of business administration, project management / coordination or a combination of equivalent professional experience and training
- Minimum of five (5) years of Project leadership/management experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of Research and data analytics experience
- Recent experience in workflow development and analysis
- Experience in change management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Process Mapping
- Strong leadership skills
- Intermediate or Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners and to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and work in a team setting with colleagues at all levels
- Strong organizational skills while being detail-oriented
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adjust focus based on changing priorities.
You will stand out with:
- 4-year Undergraduate Degree in the area of business administration, project management / coordination or a combination of equivalent professional experience and training
- Master's Degree
- MRT Certificate, Credential, internship, Designation, License, Registration Courses, or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and French oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
