What is the opportunity?
As Manager, Performance Management, you will work as part of a team to develop and manage a broad suite of performance management capabilities within Operations and Process Engineering including incentive programs, performance metrics and analytics. You will empower business partners across Transformation and Enterprise Operations (TEO) (Financial Shared Services, Payment and Trade Operations and Cash Services) with information and actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and support our operational strategy.
What will you do?
- Coordinate with various teams within TEO to develop and implement reporting and performance enablement capabilities
- Conduct analyses and synthesize findings to identify improvement opportunities and help teams reach decisions
- Develop and improve performance management reporting capabilities at all levels in TEO to drive desired business results and accurately monitor overall business performance
- Support TEO goals and track progress against targets
- Collaboration and support for process enhancements by integrating data capabilities within business operations
- Developing and maintenance of centralized reporting dashboards and databases
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Strong strategic thinker with outstanding capability for problem solving
- A storyteller through data with exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to handle fast paced and high risk situations in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications
- Experience with SQL, python and other program languages
- Experience with stakeholder management and change management
- Strong understanding of business operations and process engineering principles
Nice-to-have
- Education or experience in data analytics, computer programing or equivalent.
- Experience delivering large-scale performance incentive programs
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
