The offshore Field Service Technician is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate, and on-time product and service delivery. Responsibilities And Duties
- Attain excellence in learning and competency events.
- Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at customer job sites.
- Operating valves, both manual and hydraulic.
- Repairing SLB manufactured products including Valves, Actuation and Control Panels.
- Lubrication and preventative maintenance on SLB equipment.
- Working with customers to troubleshoot issues related to SLB products.
- Offshore and workshop.
- Complete safety records and reports.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
- Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Mentor others as required.

Previous Experience And Competencies
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 5-10 years of oilfield experience, previous experience in wellhead installation and repair.
- Self-starter, mechanically inclined and have analytical thinking skills.
- Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in Canada, without sponsorship.
