Solutions Architect (Membership, Road Service)
Campana Systems Location: Hybrid – Waterloo, ON
Position Summary As a Solutions Architect at Campana Systems, reporting directly to the Director, Technical Development, you will be a key member of the AXIS team, providing high-level business consulting services to our auto club clients. Your primary responsibility will serve as a key technical advisor and architect of tailored software solutions mainly to our Membership and Road Service clients. This role bridges the gap between business problems and technology solutions by aligning technical strategy with customer needs and business goals.

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales, product, development, and support teams to understand customer requirements and craft scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Design architecture blueprints and provide detailed technical guidance for software implementations.
- Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to assess needs and align solutions with company offerings.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure integration with existing systems.
- Create and present solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, scope documents, and cost estimates.
- Support pre-sales activities by delivering product demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses.
- Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project handoff and technical integrity of implementations.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud, software architecture, and systems integration.

Qualifications:
- University degree, relevant college diploma or equivalent related work experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Deep knowledge of software architecture principles and patterns.
- Strong research, analytical, problem-solving project management, and time management skills.
- Experience with enterprise business applications and project implementations.
- Proficiency in 3rd party applications (Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, Team Support).
- Experience with turning customer requirements into a system design or deliverable solution.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Auto club industry or a related service field.
- Experience with API documentation and integration.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, or dashboard design.
- Business intelligence/data warehousing/business analytics.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Software quality assurance.
