Responsibilities
- Advise technology and emerging-growth clients on cross-border legal matters
- Draft and review commercial agreements and corporate documents
- Support IP, privacy, and regulatory compliance matters
- Work with startups, investors, and venture capital funds
- Collaborate with lawyers licensed in multiple jurisdictions
Qualifications
- Registered Canadian Patent and Trademark Agent
- Experience or strong interest in technology, startups, or cross-border work
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
