PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and associated data analysis
  • Support the preparation of monthly forecast and Labor Cost and HC trend analysis
  • Update and maintain organization charts on a weekly basis
  • Provide support to the Talent Acquisition function – interview coordination and scheduling
  • Support HR projects and programs
  • Assist with maintaining the company HR Intranet to ensure all documentation is current
  • Liaise with Global HQ HR
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide extensive support for local, regional, and global reporting purposes
  • Additional duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean is required
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • University or College degree/diploma in Business or related field is preferred
  • Advanced computer skills: MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint are required
  • Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills
  • Excellent organization skills and a proven ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines
  • A creative problem solver with sound analytical skills and sound judgment
  • Adaptability, flexibility & resilience. Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to maintain the utmost level of confidentiality
