Canadian LifeCare Learning (CLL) is a growing online education platform focused on creating practical learning opportunities and helping individuals and organizations develop valuable skills through accessible education. We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Team Lead Interns and gain hands-on experience in leadership, team coordination, project management, and organizational growth. Position Details

Position Type: Team Lead Internship (Unpaid)

Work Format: Remote Start Date: September 1, 2026 End Date: December 31, 2026 Duration: 4 Months Commitment: Minimum 5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Lead Intern, you will

Support and coordinate activities within your assigned department. Supervise and support interns within your team. Participate in planning meetings and progress discussions. Support KPI tracking and performance monitoring. Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve processes. Participate in CLL systems, SOPs, and team development activities. Help create a collaborative and productive team environment.
