About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Replenishment Analyst to support the efficient flow of inventory across our retail and distribution network, helping ensure our stores have the right products at the right time. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence Monday through Thursday at our Head Office located at Yorkdale Mall, with Fridays worked remotely.
The Replenishment Analyst supports the day-to-day flow of inventory across retail stores and distribution channels. This role plays a key part in driving sales and optimizing stock levels through effective allocation, replenishment, and inventory analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Allocation & Store Support
- Execute initial and replenishment allocations to stores based on sales trends, store capacity, and inventory targets
- Monitor store-level stock positions and proactively rebalance inventory to maximize sell-through
- Support new store openings, promotions, and seasonal launches with timely and accurate allocations
- Partner with Retail Operations to address store inventory needs and resolve stock issues
Replenishment & Inventory Management
- Review and manage replenishment parameters to maintain optimal stock levels across stores and DCs
- Identify out-of-stocks, low stock risks, and excess inventory, and take action to mitigate
- Support purchase order recommendations based on demand and inventory coverage
- Track inbound shipments and ensure timely flow of goods into the network
Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze sales performance, stock levels, and inventory turn to support decision-making
- Maintain and update weekly reporting on KPIs (in-stock %, weeks of supply, sell-through, etc.)
- Highlight risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations
- Assist in building and refining model stock targets by store, using sales data, seasonality, and store grading to maintain balanced inventory levels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Planning and Supply Chain teams to align on forecasts and priorities
- Work closely with Distribution Centre and Logistics teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Support eCommerce and omni-channel inventory needs as required
Qualifications & Competencies
- 1–3 years of experience in retail allocation, replenishment, or inventory management
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
- Experience with ERP or retail planning systems is an asset
Tools & Professional Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
