Role: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (Technical) — Hybrid Architect/Developer
Location: Remote (Canada) Type: Permanent, Full-Time Timezone: EST
About the role
We're seeking a technical Microsoft Dynamics specialist for a growing client. This is a priority requirement that won't stay open long, so early applications are encouraged. We're ideally looking for someone with a broad skillset who can operate as a hybrid architect and developer — comfortable both designing solutions and getting hands-on with the build.
Key Requirements
Strong technical background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development Experience across plugin development, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations Solid understanding of the Dataverse/CDS data model Architecture experience — able to design scalable, maintainable CRM solutions, not just implement them Comfortable working across the full lifecycle: solution design, customization, configuration, deployment, and support This role requires eligibility for an enhanced background/security clearance as a condition of employment
What we're looking for
A hybrid profile: strong enough technically to code/build, but experienced enough to architect and make design decisions Candidates who can hit the ground running given the urgency of this requirement Strong communication skills for client/stakeholder-facing work, delivered effectively in a remote setting Someone looking to settle into a long-term, permanent role with the client
