Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$92,310 - $124,890We are involved in using a broad range of tools, technologies and platforms to provide developers, application administrators, and end users with the ability to perform their tasks. This includes provisioning and managing infrastructure, primarily in AWS, utilizing infrastructure as code (primarily CDK), automation, and collaborating with other product teams in cloud native development. We build, maintain, operate and enhance the DevOps environment including source code version control, CI/CD build pipeline, custom application deployments in test and production environments, and monitoring of these resources. We take an iterative approach, looking for both small and large improvements we can make in our environment.
What you’ll do:
- Participate in a solution’s architectural direction and be responsible for solution design and implementation
- Analyze and develop new code including automation, integration and unit tests
- Implement code fixes and support user testing
- Participate in and/or lead application design sessions
- Actively contribute to code reviews providing constructive feedback to team members
- Participate in, or lead group design or coding sessions
- Ensure technical solutions and system integrations are developed and maintained in the most efficient and effective manner
What we’re looking for:
- Expert-level proficiency with one or more technology stacks or languages
- Ability to deliver very complex solutions
- Communicates complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical personnel
- Experienced coach and mentor who can help improve team processes
- Proven knowledge of common design patterns and when to apply them
- Innovative problem-solver and critical thinker with a customer focus
- Advocate of smart, clean and maintainable code
- Optimizes design to enable business value creation through analytics
- Passion for technology and software development
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, and at least 6 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
