About the role Ocean Ridge Group is a paper trading company based in Vaughan. We source specialty paper material from manufacturers and distribute it to buyers globally. We're looking for a Sales & Outreach Representative to help us grow our network of suppliers. No prior industry experience required — we provide full training. This is a great fit for someone who's a strong communicator, comfortable picking up the phone, and enjoys research, outreach, and relationship-building.
Responsibilities Make cold calls, send cold emails, and reach out via LinkedIn to potential suppliers daily Research and identify paper manufacturers that fit our sourcing needs Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings Support ongoing communication with existing suppliers Maintain organized records of outreach and contacts
Requirements Excellent written and spoken English — this role involves daily communication with suppliers and requires clear, professional correspondence Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails — this is a core part of the job Organized and able to manage multiple contacts and follow-ups Self-motivated and reliable Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Details Pay: $20/hour, with room to grow Location: Vaughan, ON (in-office) Full-time
