Role Summary:

Our Security Division Manager role is a senior leadership opportunity for someone ready to step fully into division ownership, operationally, financially, and strategically. You’ll oversee Security Sales and Operations in our Burnaby branch, with real influence over performance, growth, and results.

On target total compensation, inclusive of base salary and performance incentives, will be discussed with shortlisted candidates during the interview process.

Job Responsibilities:

Leadership + Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop Security sales and operational teams

Set clear expectations and performance standards

Build a high accountability, high engagement culture

Support hiring, onboarding, and long term talent development

Sales, Financial + Performance Management

Drive sales performance, margins, and profitability

Own divisional P&L, including revenue, margins, and EBITA targets

Review and approve pricing, contracts, and job profitability

Partner closely with the Branch Manager on forecasting and strategy

Operational Excellence

Ensure project and service contracts are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget

Promote strong contract discipline and financial controls

Improve quote accuracy, project execution, and margin performance

Oversee WIP reporting and job cost accuracy

Customer + Market Leadership

Act as a senior point of contact for key customers

Support sales teams in complex negotiations and site walkthroughs

Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement through feedback

Safety + Compliance

Champion a strong safety culture

Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements

What You Bring

5+ years in Security Alarm Installation & Service (or related field)

3+ years in a supervisory or management role

Proven experience managing P&L, margins, and financial performance

Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, challenge, and inspire

Solid understanding of security systems, contracts, and project execution

Thrives in a fast paced, agile work environment

The pay range for this role is (CAN) $90,000 - $105,000
