About the role
Lindgren Seeds is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Agronomy Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about agriculture, enjoys building strong relationships, and thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Growth
Grow and maintain customer relationships while also managing key supplier connections.
Facilitate sales of pedigree seed and retail products, setting forecasts and working to achieve and exceed targets.
Manage rebates and retail deadlines.
Data & Reporting
Oversee projections, sales, and inventory with weekly reporting to management.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
Support social media marketing and customer relationship management initiatives.
Agronomy Support
Provide on-farm support (approx. once per week, depending on season).
Manage prescriptions and assist in implementing agronomy programs.
Conduct customer scouting as needed.
Trials & Innovation
Develop and implement field trials.
Collect and compile data and results for continuous improvement.
Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales Manager to support overall business objectives.
What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of agronomy, crop production, and agricultural retail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving role.
Proficiency with data management and reporting.
Interest in sales, customer service, and marketing within the agriculture industry.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual salary (starting at $__________, plus year-end performance-based bonus).
