About the role
Team Lead (Full-time / Permanent)
Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment? We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Team Lead to support daily parking operations while stepping up during high-traffic events and peak periods.
In this role, you’ll lead by example—supporting frontline staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining site organization, and helping operations run smoothly and efficiently. Some shifts will follow a steady daily schedule, while others will flex around special events and business needs. If you enjoy variety in your workweek and can adapt quickly, this is the role for you.
The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable managing priorities in a dynamic environment. You’re someone who can motivate a team, handle customer concerns professionally, and maintain high operational standards—whether it’s a regular weekday shift or a busy event night.
At Indigo Park Canada, we don’t just manage parking — we lead the industry. As Canada’s number one parking operator, we oversee more than 1,300 locations nationwide, providing best-in-class services that go far beyond parking. From on-street operations and digital mobility solutions to last-mile logistics and urban space optimization, we are transforming how cities move.
Schedule:
Mix of event shifts and regular daily hours:
- Shift times will vary depending on the event schedule — early mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Shifts are typically 5–6 hours, with occasional 9-hour shifts.
- You will complete the remainder of your hours in our office, working from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Between event shifts and office hours, you will be working 35 to 40 hours per week.
Job Duties:
- Perform general office duties; must be proficient with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Lead a team of 10 employees during event parking operations.
- Work outdoors and conduct regular patrols.
- Be bilingual in English and French.
- Have access to a personal vehicle to travel between multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot parking equipment and perform minor repairs and maintenance.
- Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently to resolve issues.
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Management experience
- Cash handling experience is an asset
- Punctual, mature, and reliable
