Our client is a Fortune 200 global fintech company that processes payments and delivers commerce solutions for financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers across 100+ countries. In 2025, it saw over $20Bn in revenue and was one of the World's Most Admired Companies for the 11th year out of the last 12.

The company's merchant-facing division runs an integrated commerce platform for small and mid-sized businesses that runs payment processing, point-of-sale, and business analytics. This division has been growing rapidly due to high demand in the market, with most teams across Canada exceeding their quotas by significant margins.

As part of this growth, they are adding a Bilingual Territory Manager to build and manage a territory in Quebec City. This is a full-cycle, field-based role with a dual mandate: developing referral relationships with financial institution partners and prospecting for new merchant accounts. In recent years, this is the highest-performing territory in the province.

What You'll Be Doing

Build and manage a portfolio of SMB merchant accounts across an assigned Quebec City territory. Develop referral relationships with bank and credit unions and bring on new partners as a primary lead generation channel. Prospect independently for new merchant opportunities outside the bank channel. Manage a full sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, presentations, pricing, negotiation, and close. Apply consultative selling to align point-of-sale and SaaS solutions to merchant needs. Maintain pipeline, account activity, and forecast data in CRM.

What You'll Need To Have

Bilingual in French and English: most client-facing activity is conducted in French. 5+ years of B2B sales in point-of-sale, payments, merchant services, or SaaS. 4+ years managing a defined territory with responsibility for prospecting, pipeline development, and closing deals. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Approximately 40% field travel: driver's license and vehicle required.

Compensation And Benefits
