Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead
About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead with deep enterprise implementation experience to lead and own all technical aspects of large-scale Salesforce deployments. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on development expertise, proven ability to lead delivery teams across global models, and a track record of delivering complex integrations, data migrations, and custom solutions at enterprise scale (300+ users).
Roles & Responsibilities Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and customizations — including data migrations, data quality, system integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development Manage development teams building customized solutions using Visualforce, Apex, Java, and AJAX to support business requirements and drive key business decisions Lead enterprise Salesforce implementations with 300+ users — integrating with enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, and other core enterprise systems Drive complex ETL/data migration efforts ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and quality across source and target systems Manage Salesforce integration tools including Informatica Cloud and other middleware platforms for seamless data exchange Participate in and lead all phases of the Salesforce delivery lifecycle — requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, architecture, build, deploy, and support Define systems strategy, develop requirements, design and prototype solutions, conduct testing, define support procedures, and implement practical business outcomes Provide technical leadership and set best practices across integration, application development, deployment, testing, and iterative refinement Define, communicate, and manage a change management and release process (CI/CD) for new applications and updates to existing code Identify and manage risks and issues from a technical perspective — driving Change Control and Change Management processes Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce to improve business processes and productivity, making recommendations to support rapid organizational scaling Lead a global delivery model — managing distributed development teams across geographies
