Your job
- Proactively engage with approximately 100 clients per month to support mortgage renewals.
- Deliver efficient service and provide expert advice tailored to each client’s needs.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and manage internal volume reporting effectively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot client issues and meet renewal timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Your team

Prerequisites
- Hold a diploma or degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Have 2 to 3 years of experience in financial services, mortgage administration, sales, or customer service.
- Demonstrate proven outbound sales ability and strong understanding of mortgage policies and procedures.
- Be technically proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
- Possess excellent administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
