The Opportunity
We're looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team and help create engaging experiences that keep our players coming back.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys marketing, data, customer engagement, and experimentation. You'll work closely with Product, Design, Analytics, and Marketing to execute CRM campaigns, analyze performance, and continuously improve how we communicate with our players.
No previous CRM experience is required. We're looking for someone who is analytical, curious, highly organized, and eager to learn.
What You'll Be Responsible For
As our Junior CRM Specialist, you will
Assist with planning, building, and launching CRM campaigns across the player lifecycle, including onboarding, promotions, retention, loyalty, and win-back campaigns. Create and manage audience segments using player behaviour and engagement data. Write compelling email, push notification, SMS, and in-app messaging content. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key engagement and retention metrics. Support A/B testing initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness and player engagement. Identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in player behaviour and recommend improvements. Work cross-functionally with Product, Design, Analytics, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality campaigns. Maintain campaign calendars and ensure communications are launched accurately and on schedule. Continuously learn CRM best practices, marketing automation tools, and player engagement strategies.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is
Early in their career or a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Curious and analytical, with strong problem-solving skills. An excellent written communicator who can create engaging customer messaging. Comfortable working with data and using insights to make decisions. Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Passionate about digital products, gaming, technology, or consumer marketing.
Nice to Have
Experience with any of the following is considered an asset
CRM or marketing automation platforms (Braze, Optimove, Customer.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.)
Basic SQL or data analysis
Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics tools Copywriting or content creation experience Experience running A/B tests Experience with AI tools and workflow automation
