About Us FNHA Overview The First Nations Health Authority is a diverse and transformational health organization of professional, innovative, and dedicated team members and leaders.

The Info Technology team is looking for enthusiastic students to join our team. You will be provided opportunities to learn from hands on experiences and collaborating with experienced individuals in this field.

Title: Service Desk Analyst - Student

Salary: $19.38 - $23.12 - $25.44 per hour (pay range explained below)

Contract: Term until December 31, 2025

Hours: Casual – 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 – 4:30)

Location: Various offices in the Lower Mainland (Downtown Vancouver offices and Park Royal Office), on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations. This a 100% on-site / in-office position.

About The Role As the Service Desk Analyst - Student, you will be the primary point of contact for all tech-support needs. You will be handling and resolving customer inquiries such as password resets, laptop imaging, equipment preparation for new hires, and managing shipments. As well, you will be collaborating with IT staff while providing support for Service Desk inquiries and issues.

About You To be successful in this role you will have/be –

Education

  • Education in IT or a related field of study

Experience

  • Some experience supporting IT environments; such as hardware, software, multi-function devices, cell phones etc.
  • Customer service experience

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Attention to detail
  • Multitasking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to collaborate with customers and other IT staff

The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual salary based on full time equivalent hours.

Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities and experience in relation to the role requirements.

The top 10% of the pay range is for the incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level. Internal employee compensation will be determined as per the FNHA Employee Total Compensation Policy.
