About the role
Inbound and Outbound Sales Agent
We are seeking four agents to join our team in a consultative sales role. You will manage inbound or outbound calls, engaging with customers who have expressed interest in our deals. We are looking for candidates who can build rapport, understand customer interests, and effectively convert leads into paid membership subscribers through consultative conversations.
Working hours: 11AM to 7PM - Local time
Fully remote Monday to Friday CAD$ 20,00 per hour
Inbound Sales Agent
Role Summary: As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers interested in our exclusive deals. You will manage incoming inquiries, engage in consultative conversations, and convert interested leads into membership subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and handle inbound customer inquiries Guide customers through membership benefits (VIP/Platinum tiers) Maintain a deep understanding of rotating daily/weekly deal inventory Accurately log call outcomes in our CRM Qualifications: Fluency in English Strong consultative sales skills; Excellent communication; Ability to adapt to daily product briefings; Previous experience in call centers or sales preferred.
Outbound Sales Agent
Role Summary: As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will proactively contact customers who have shown interest in specific deals via our platform. Your goal is to provide personalized guidance, build interest, and convert these leads into long-term membership subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls to warm leads generated from our CRM Conduct consultative sales conversations rather than scripted interactions Provide detailed explanations of membership value Stay updated on rotating deal inventory through daily/weekly briefings Qualifications: Fluency in English Proven experience in outbound consultative sales; Persuasive communication skills; Highly organized; Ability to maintain high service standards while managing call volume.
