Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) planificateur matière pour rejoindre notre équipe des opérations basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie de l'équipe de planification des travaux et matières chargée d’assurer la disponibilité des stocks à temps.

L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rôle en tant que Planificateur Matière sera de:

• Assurer la disponibilité et la priorisation des stocks à temps en étroite collaboration avec le planificateur travaux & approvisionnement

• Assurer une communication avec nos clients (production, planification travaux, gestion)

• Assurer un suivi d’informations entre les quarts de travail jour & soir

Activités principales

• Assurer la disponibilité et la priorisation des stocks à temps en étroite collaboration avec le planificateur travaux & approvisionnement

• Assurer une communication avec nos clients (production, planification travaux, gestion)

• Assurer un suivi d’informations entre les quarts de travail jour & soir

• Développer des solutions pour aligner l'offre et la demande afin de réaliser et améliorer la stratégie de gestion des stocks

• Interagir avec diverses équipes multidisciplinaires (Production, Logistique-Approvisionnement, Méthodes, Génie Usine, Génie Industriel, Ingénierie, Qualité, Finance)

• Participer aux projets d'amélioration (AOS, lean manufacturing, réduction des coûts, amélioration de la fabrication, etc.)

• Exécuter le transactionnel relié à l’approvisionnement pour assurer un inventaire adéquat et un coût réel aux avions (SAP/HMS/Eshort etc)

• Avoir de la fexibilité afin de répondre aux urgences rapidement tout en assurant la continuité des tâches quotidiennes.

• Posséder des aptitudes reliées à la priorisation des urgences

Profil / Compétences requises

• Vous détenez un baccalauréat en logistique ou en génie industriel, en gestion des opérations et de la logistique, ou un diplôme d'études collégiales avec une expérience équivalente
• Vous avez de deux à cinq ans d'expérience pertinente en logistique ou en planification de production
• Vous avez une expérience pertinente dans l'industrie automobile ou aérospatiale (un atout)
• Vous avez un fort intérêt pour l'amélioration continue et les principes de fabrication allégée
• Vous avez une bonne compréhension du français et de l'anglais écrit et parlé (un atout)
• Vous avez une facilité à utiliser la Suite Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Vous avez une facilité à utiliser Google Suite (Files, Docs, Slides)
• Vous détenez une expérience de travail avec SAP (un atout);

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a PreFAL Material Planner for to join our operations team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada.

You will be part of the work and material planning team responsible for ensuring the timely availability of inventory.

The team is organized in a way that promotes cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous manner, with members supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a Materials Planner will be to:

• Ensure availability and prioritization of stocks on time in close collaboration with the works & supply planner
• Ensure communication with our customers (production, work planning, management)
• Ensure information tracking between day & evening shifts

Your challenges:

• Ensure availability and prioritization of stocks on time in close collaboration with the works & supply planner

• Ensure communication with our customers (production, work planning, management)

• Develop solutions to align supply and demand to achieve and improve inventory management strategy

• Interact with various multidisciplinary teams (Production, Logistics-Supply, Methods, Factory Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Quality, Finance)

• Participate in improvement projects (AOS, lean manufacturing, cost reduction, manufacturing improvement, etc.)

• Execute transactions related to procurement to ensure adequate inventory and real cost to aircraft (SAP/HMS/Eshort etc.)

• Be flexible to respond to emergencies quickly while ensuring the continuity of daily tasks.

• Use skills related to prioritizing emergencies

Qualification:

• You have a bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Industrial Engineering, Operations & Logistics Management, or College Diploma with equivalent experience
• You have two to five years of relevant experience in logistic or production planning
• You have a relevant experience in automotive or aerospace industry(an asset)
• You have a strong interest in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles
• You have a good understanding of French and English written and spoken(an asset)
• You have an ease to use Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project)
• You have an ease to use Google Suite (Files, Docs, Slides)
• You hold a work experience with SAP (an asset)
