What's the opportunity?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist clients sign up for service, resolve any problems they have, and ultimately succeed in our mission of providing property care services that allow our clients to take back their time.
Location: Toronto (Hybrid)
Base pay range: $22.50 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide amazing front-line service to Mr. Mow It All clients
- Responding to incoming emails, text messages, and phone calls
- Assist crew by liaising and passing information between clients and crews
- Resolve customer complaints (1st level)
- Onboarding new clients
- Scheduling of Jobs
- Inbound sales including upselling existing clients
- Helping to execute the marketing calendar, including marketing support work
- Sending Welcome Packages, Thank-you notes, Lead Letters, etc.
- Manage and maintain records in our Enterprise management system
- Assisting with preparing proposals, and site maps.
- Other duties as may be required
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Must have strong knowledge of Toronto neighborhoods
- Landscape and Snow removal Industry experience would be an asset
- Sales experience would be an asset
- A business Administration diploma or equivalent would be an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer orientation and strong relationship-building skills
