Assistant Manager – Growth & Retention Team Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey and make a lasting impact? We’re looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager to help build a brand-new Growth & Retention team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape the culture, processes, and success of a team focused on driving client loyalty and business growth.
Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Build and lead a high-performing team, providing hands-on coaching and mentorship
- Support onboarding and training of new hires, ensuring a strong foundation for success
- Champion corporate initiatives and ensure alignment with policies and procedures
- Stay current on product knowledge and foster strong relationships with insurance providers
- Invest in your own development through industry courses and community involvement
The value you bring We’re looking for someone who’s not just experienced—but passionate about leadership and growth:
- Alberta General Insurance Level 2 License (required)
- Proven experience leading insurance teams to exceed sales targets
- Strong ties to industry associations and community networks
- Excellent communication skills; professional, clear, and confident
- A self-starter mindset with a genuine passion for helping others succeed
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000
Location: Remote, AB
