Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to join our hatchery team. Working as part of a team, the successful applicant will be part of a work rotation to complete the cleaning and disinfecting of chick boxes, assist with inovo egg transfer process (including cleaning and disinfecting rooms and equipment after work is completed.)
Key Responsibilities
Washing boxes and sanitation of box room and box washer
Assisting with Inovo Egg transfer as required Transfer sanitation Other duties as assigned
What’s in it for you?
$21.06 - $22.06 per hour (based on progression) All PPE is provided to employees (Boot Reimbursement of $125 after 3 months of service)
Qualifications
Must be able to work additional hours during statutory holidays and summer vacation Must be capable of lifting 30 - 50 lbs. repetitively (overhead lifting required) Must be able to work in a wet/humid environment Must be able to work in small groups with minimal supervision Must be capable of standing for long periods Must be able to lift 40 – 50 lbs. repetitively overhead Able to work in a fast paced and repetitive task environment
