Akkodis is looking for a Principal Architect for one of its clients (100% remote position)
Role
As a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, you will help define the technology strategy, architectural standards, and long-term target architecture of a large-scale organization. You will work closely with engineering leadership, architects, and business stakeholders to guide modernization initiatives, influence technology decisions, and ensure scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture assessments for strategic initiatives. Define target-state architectures and technology roadmaps. Drive architecture governance and best practices. Shape data architecture, integration, and governance strategies. Support technology investment and modernization decisions. Promote reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence. Mentor teams and influence technical direction across the organization.
Requirements
Strong Enterprise Architecture experience. Expertise in Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and modern architecture patterns. Experience designing scalable, distributed, and resilient systems. Strong knowledge of data architecture, integration, and governance. Understanding of security architecture and high-availability principles. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Au sein de l’équipe d’Architecture d’Entreprise, vous contribuerez à définir la vision technologique, les standards d’architecture et les orientations stratégiques de l’organisation. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes de direction, les architectes, les ingénieurs et les parties prenantes afin d’accompagner les initiatives de modernisation et l’évolution des plateformes à grande échelle.
Responsabilités principales
Diriger les évaluations architecturales pour les projets stratégiques. Définir les architectures cibles et les feuilles de route technologiques. Assurer la gouvernance architecturale et les meilleures pratiques. Développer les stratégies d’architecture de données et d’intégration. Participer aux décisions d’investissement et de modernisation technologique. Favoriser la fiabilité, la sécurité, la performance et l’évolutivité des solutions. Influencer les orientations technologiques et accompagner les équipes.
Profil recherché
Solide expérience en Architecture d’Entreprise. Expertise en Domain-Driven Design (DDD) et architectures modernes. Expérience en conception de systèmes distribués, évolutifs et résilients. Excellente compréhension de l’architecture de données et de la gouvernance. Connaissance des principes de sécurité et de haute disponibilité. Excellentes aptitudes de communication, d’influence et de leadership.
