Overview:

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, delivery partners, and senior leaders to bring clarity to complexity, manage risk, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale, complex IT initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate dependencies and proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, resolve challenges, and maintain momentum
- Communicate confidently with senior leaders, translating technical progress into clear business insights
- Own delivery outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Establish and maintain strong project governance, including reporting, controls, and decision frameworks
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, leading large‑scale, complex IT initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Strong technical background with demonstrated experience managing projects in complex enterprise environments
- Proven success delivering multi‑stakeholder technical programs from planning through execution
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at an executive level
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile delivery models
- Strong problem‑solving skills and comfort operating in fast‑paced, evolving environments
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience supporting or delivering loyalty or consumer‑facing programs
