Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced PCI-DSS Consultant with a strong background in implementing and maintaining PCI-DSS compliance across both application and network infrastructure within the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading PCI-DSS compliance initiatives, performing security assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure payment environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead PCI-DSS compliance implementation for applications and network infrastructure. Assess current environments, identify compliance gaps, and develop remediation plans. Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, and security teams to implement PCI-DSS controls. Review and validate security architecture, network segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure configurations. Conduct PCI-DSS readiness assessments, internal audits, and support external QSA assessments. Ensure secure SDLC practices and application security requirements are aligned with PCI-DSS standards. Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, procedures, and technical evidence. Perform risk assessments, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance and security best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or PCI-DSS Compliance. Hands-on experience implementing PCI-DSS at both the application and network levels. Strong knowledge of PCI-DSS v4.0 requirements and payment security controls. Experience with network security technologies including firewalls, WAF, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network segmentation. Knowledge of application security, secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and OWASP Top 10. Experience supporting PCI audits and working with Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs). Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, vulnerability scanners, and compliance monitoring solutions. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry. PCI Professional (PCIP), CISSP, CISA, CEH, or equivalent security certifications. Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
