Marvell Central Engineering, FW team. The Central Engineering AMS-IP team provides leading-edge SerDes PHY solutions and other Analog Mixed-Signal IPs to support all Marvell products.

What You Can Expect

  • FW development of Marvell Serdes IP
  • Be responsible for the development and verification of new firmware modules
  • Work on developing CI/CD process
  • Deliver module documents, module design specs, firmware source code, and build scripts
  • Perform tasks including debugging, bring-up, and production firmware development
  • Collaborate with firmware, design, application, and SoC team

What We're Looking For

Marvell is looking for embedded firmware engineers to be part of an exciting firmware team for PHY IP

development. As a Firmware Engineer intern, What You Need for this Position

BS 3rd or 4th-year student or Master student in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Knowledge of microcontrollers;
  • Experience with microcontroller programming is a plus
  • Knowledge of embedded firmware design, development, and debugging
  • Experience with CI/CD, for example Jenkins system
  • Strong Python programming skills
  • Experience in C/C++ programming in a bare-metal embedded environment is a plus
  • Good technical communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience/ knowledge with chip design simulation and verification is a plus
  • Experience/ knowledge with SERDES technology and PCIe host interface is a plus
  • Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, and LLM is a plus
