What You Will Be Doing

You will support the Finance Team in daily accounting operations and month-end processes in a multi-entry environment, including

• Preparing daily cash settlements and bank deposits.
• Reconciling bank feed items and correcting coding errors.
• Helping with billing and accounts receivable
• Assisting with reconciling balance sheet accounts.
• Supporting journal entry preparation and assisting with month-end close.
• Performing other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring

• College diploma in accounting or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is an asset.
• A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
