As our Junior Instructional Designer, you’ll design innovative and sustainable learning modules that empower our Contact Centre and business teams. Your expertise in eLearning will create content that resonates with learners, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

- Manage and maintain the LMS, including training records and updates.

About You
- 1+ years’ experience in eLearning design and development.
- Skilled with rapid eLearning authoring tools (Captivate, Articulate, Flash).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive in keeping up with LMS trends and technology.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges.
