About the role
Nous recherchons un gérant adjoint de magasin talentueux pour rejoindre l’équipe de notre magasin de Pointe-Claire , au Québec. Le gérant adjoint travaille de près avec le gérant pour maximiser les résultats du magasin en donnant à l’équipe le leadership et l’appui dont elle a besoin. Le gérant adjoint fait en sorte que son équipe fournit aux clients d’excellentes expériences pour assurer que nous gardions notre titre de destination numéro un au Canada pour les jeux vidéo, les électroniques, et les articles de collection. Pour ce faire, en plus d'attirer et retenir le meilleur talent dans le milieu du détail, le gérant adjoint doit aider avec la formation, le mentorat et le développement des associés de façon quotidienne. Avec les meilleures personnes en place, le gérant adjoint doit travailler avec le gérant de magasin pour faire en sorte que les membres du personnel obtiennent tous les outils et formations requis pour réussir dans leur rôle. Il est important pour le gérant adjoint de forger de bonnes relations de travail et de savoir identifier les associés les plus performants, ainsi que de créer des plans pour les aider à grandir avec l’entreprise. *Nota: Le masculin est utilisé comme genre neutre dans cette annonce d’emploi.

To do this, in addition to attracting and retaining the best talent in retail, they must assist the Store Manager with coaching, mentoring and developing their associates daily. With the best people in place, working with the Store Manager to ensure they have all the necessary training and tools to be successful in their role is essential.
