About the role
Description
Title: Application Production Support Analyst
Location: Hybrid model requiring on-site presence 3 days per week (60% of the time), with mandatory in-office attendance on either Mondays or Fridays. Duration: 4+ months, with possibility of renewal – 40 hours/week.
Pay Rate: CAD $45/hr (Incorporated Basis)
Requirements
5+ years of experience as an Application Production Support (Client) professional in the banking industry. Must have experience providing both Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) support. Excellent experience with systems such as Windows, UNIX, and Linux. Strong knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL (mainly for running queries).
Working experience with IT tools, including
Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or equivalent. Autosys. Dynatrace. Jenkins. Working knowledge or familiarity with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, and PowerShell (automation). Working knowledge of file transfer protocols/tools such as CFT, FTP, and SFTP. English and French preferred; English only is acceptable.
