We are looking for a Security Supervisor to help support our business. The successful candidate must have a good driving abstract and be able to provide as such.
Responsibilities And Duties
Responsible for overseeing the entire Security Team. Scheduling. Evaluate and document employees' performance and provide feedback to Skanna Management. Reports directly to Client/Skanna Management. Perform Health & Safety Audits and report any issues to Client/Skanna Management. Perform daily audits to ensure Guards and Supervisors are doing their assignments correctly. Ensure all security staff is fully capable of handling emergency evacuation plans.
Requirements
Must have own vehicle. Must be flexible. At least 2 years experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent customer service with demonstrated experience.
