At KPMG, we believe that responsible procurement is a strategic lever for creating sustainable value. As a Manager or Senior Manager in Responsible Procurement, you will play a key role in guiding our clients toward purchasing practices aligned with their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives.

What you will do:

  • Lead transformation projects aimed at integrating ESG opportunities and imperatives within the procurement functions of large organizations, notably through the development of pragmatic roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement sustainable procurement strategies, including supplier evaluations based on ESG criteria.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate ESG considerations into procurement policies, processes, and tools—particularly through the drafting of responsible procurement policies.
  • Conduct ESG risk analyses related to the supply chain.
  • Support clients in selecting and implementing technological solutions that promote ESG transparency and traceability.
  • Contribute to the drafting of business proposals and the development of the ESG procurement offering.

What you bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering, or equivalent undergraduate degree combined with relevant work experience.
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in procurement, with a specialization or strong interest in ESG issues.
  • A minimum of 3–5 years in consulting.
  • Knowledge of ESG standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, ISO 20400, TCFD).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and presentation abilities
