As our Project Administrator, you’ll be the organizational powerhouse that keeps projects moving, proposals polished, and our vibrant Toronto office humming. If you thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and love balancing creative tasks with operational impact, this position puts you right at the heart of a young, energetic team where your ideas, initiative, and positivity will truly stand out.
What You’ll Do
- Support project setup, documentation, and pipeline updates in Microsoft Dynamics
- Lead the creation of proposals and marketing materials in Adobe InDesign
- Prepare qualifications packages, CVs, and project mock‑ups
- Maintain office supplies, snacks, vendor relationships, and general office operations
- Coordinate team events and contribute to a fun, collaborative office culture
- Assist with project closeout, archiving, and QA documentation
- Provide backup support to the Office Manager as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Adobe InDesign skills and experience supporting proposals or marketing deliverables
- Highly organized, detail‑driven multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, approachable communicator who is proactive and confident while remaining non‑confrontational
- Experience in engineering, design, or professional services is a plus
