About the job: As an Implementation Consultant, you’ll lead clients through the planning, implementation, and launch of Stripe and surcharging solutions. You’ll own the relationship with technical and business stakeholders end to end, design scalable Stripe architecture, unblock integrations, and ship outcomes that platforms and high-volume merchants depend on.
You’ll work across a broad range of Stripe use cases, including Connect, Treasury, Issuing, Billing, and our own surcharging product, and proactively recommend the architecture and configurations that will get customers live fastest.
This is a high-ownership, client-facing role. You’ll lead implementations for our most complex and highest-volume customers, juggle several engagements at once, and help us shape how we deliver as we scale.
This job is remote based in Canada. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada, as Yeeld does not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of Stripe builds (Connect, Treasury, Issuing, Billing) and Yeeld’s surcharging product across multiple concurrent engagements Own the technical relationship with customer engineering teams, including testing APIs, reviewing requests and responses, and troubleshooting integration issues alongside our engineers Drive project timelines, facilitate decision-making, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact for our many of our larger and more strategic customers, holding the line on scope, timelines, and commercial expectations Deliver implementation workshops and guide customers on payments best practices Contribute to improving Yeeld’s delivery processes and internal operations Collaborate with teammates across technical and commercial functions
You’ll typically run 8-12 concurrent implementations of varying scope, including a mix of fast surcharging launches and longer, more complex Stripe platform rollouts.
What you need to bring
We’re a small team located in North America and Europe. We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
5+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation roles, ideally inside the Stripe ecosystem or at a payments platform Hands-on comfort reading API docs, debugging requests and responses, and pairing with engineers; familiarity with Stripe products (Connect, Checkout, Payment Links, Billing) strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to break down ambiguous problems, research solutions, and ship fast without needing close supervision Experience managing multiple projects and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong critical thinking and ability to quickly understand new systems and business models Excellent written and verbal communication skills
You move fast, hold a high bar, and are at home owning multiple workstreams in parallel inside a small, highly engaged team.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is
$90,000 -120,000 CAD + Benefits
The pay wage range shown is based on the job posting's primary location. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and location.
