About the Job

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our team in Grey Bruce. Reporting directly to the accounting manager and supporting the finance department in a role that combines financial administration, customer service, and team support. From daily bank reconciliations to backing up reception and accounts payable, every day will bring variety and the chance to make an impact.

You’ll work closely with sales and operations, supporting both payables and receivables processes in Oracle, and help ensure that our financial records stay accurate and up-to-date.

Salary range of $50,000 to $60,000, based on your experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Enter daily cash, cheque and card receipts.
  • Processing of customer credit card and debit card transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account issues professionally.
  • Receiving on purchase orders and work orders in Oracle.
  • Entering of manual sales tickets.
  • Entering product transfers between divisions.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Assist sales, operations, and finance teams with administrative tasks.
  • Manage filing, scanning, expense tracking, and data entry.
  • Provide backup coverage during absences.

Here’s What You Need

  • A high school diploma is required; post-secondary training in accounting or office administration is a bonus.
  • 6+ months of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and basic numerical accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems like Oracle.
  • A helpful, team-first mindset and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and stay organized.
