About the role

Prince Albert Public Prosecutions is hiring Crown Prosecutors to deliver justice through fair and effective prosecutions. You’ll handle cases under the Criminal Code, Youth Criminal Justice Act, and other statutes, promoting safe communities through trials and alternative resolutions.

We seek candidates with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, legal software proficiency, and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Litigation experience and CJIMS knowledge are assets.

Duties include conducting prosecutions in Provincial and King’s Bench Courts, providing legal opinions, and advising police. Travel and flexible hours may be required. Salary and benefits are based on experience.
