We're looking for a strategic doer—someone who can take the big picture and turn it into actionable campaigns, events, and brand moments that drive enrollment and engagement across our three campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning & Process Optimization:

  • Develop, lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns for campus initiatives such as programs, open houses, and community outreach.
  • Ensure marketing strategies and initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and goals.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement streamlined processes to enhance productivity, reduce bottlenecks and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Plan, lead and execute events (virtual and in-person), including logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up
  • Support brand elevation initiatives across social, digital, and physical touchpoints
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other areas in the college like Sales, Operations, IT and Workforce.
  • Manage project timelines using Asana and ensure delivery across multiple stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing deliverables, campaigns and programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to scope.

Technology and Systems Management:

  • Maintain external facing websites, ensuring accuracy in the information presented.
  • Ensure seamless integration between marketing systems (eg. Marketing Automation) and CRM (Salesforce) to ensure accurate data flow, lead management and reporting.
  • Own the merchandise program across the organization
  • Stay up to date on new marketing technologies and trends, evaluating their potential for adoption into marketing operations.

Reporting and Performance Measurement:

  • Lead and manage reporting requirements – weekly, quarterly, monthly and ad – hoc.
  • Liaise with agency of record to align on goals, creative briefs, and performance feedback
  • Analyze campaign metrics, event KPIs, and student engagement data to improve outcomes
  • Apply performance marketing principles and a strong understanding of revenue streams and lead attribution to evaluate marketing effectiveness, guide budgeting decisions, and identify opportunities for growth and scale in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Marketing, monitor marketing operations budget, spending patterns and identify opportunities for savings.
  • Travel may be required with reasonable advance notice
  • Working outside regular office hours may be required to accommodate events
  • Additional duties as required

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in education, or service-driven sectors
  • Proven experience, minimum 4 years, managing campaigns, events, and multi-channel promotions
  • Proven experience, minimum 4 years, in performance marketing
  • Strong project management skills (Asana or equivalent tools)
  • Working knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)
  • Working knowledge of web platforms (WordPress, Webflow)
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and copywriting skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to and be part of a successful team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
