About the role

We’re looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to support Digital Transformation projects by tracking progress, coordinating schedules, preparing reports, and facilitating communication with stakeholders. You’ll assist with documentation, change management, project intake, and site updates. Candidates should have a related bachelor’s degree, five years of project coordination experience, strong communication and problem solving skills, proficiency in OnePlan, and interest in CAPM certification. Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid

Salary:$55,000 - $60,000 per year

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues to support successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project status reports while facilitating clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Support Project Managers and Business Analysts with documentation such as project plans, training guides, testing materials, and data dictionaries.
  • Assist with project intake activities, including business case support, intake reviews, and ensuring complete documentation for committee evaluation.
  • Contribute to Digital Transformation operations by managing internal departmental projects and maintaining the Digital Transformation’s intranet site.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in project coordination or project related roles.
  • Proven expertise using OnePlan for project tracking, resource planning, or portfolio management.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new tools and support change management activities.
