Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Boutique Inn Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure our guests experience a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a charming boutique setting where attention to detail and exceptional service are valued. Prior experience in hotel or custodial services is preferred, but a strong work ethic and a passion for hospitality are essential. The position involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across guest rooms and common areas, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest needs are met
• Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically, including carpet cleaning and upholstery care
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management
• Follow established safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Assist with general custodial duties in public areas of the inn as needed
• Adhere to hotel policies regarding guest privacy and confidentiality

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred, including hotel or industrial cleaning experience
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within scheduled timeframes
• Excellent organizational skills and reliability
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper handling procedures is a plus
• Prior hospitality or custodial experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
