Rather than an exercise in structure and conformity; our guests should feel that our spas are thoughtfully restful and physically comfortable. Your role as a Part Time Registered Massage Therapist is critical to delivering on this promise. You are responsible for providing our guests with therapeutic and personalized massage experiences that enhance their state of wellness and relaxation. You will be the champion of wellness using massage therapy as a true benefit for both one's mind and body. Qualifications:
- Provide therapeutic massage and bodywork tailored to guest needs.
- Reiterate home care recommendations and retail sales.
- Monitor and maintain the physical environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Strictly enforce the privacy and confidentiality of all guest information.
- Effectively handle guest comments and feedback both in person and in writing, with an ability to identify and resolve any concerns.
- Follow all health and safety policies and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues; reports safety concerns and hazards immediately.
- Understands spaces that are clean, organized and in good repair supports the value that experiences should be as easy as water through fingers.
- Completing work processes and checklists seamlessly support the Spa value that we respect our guest’s inherent desire to be at peace.
- Personal communication, interactions and behaviours support the Spa value that everyone is welcome and everyone is equal
- Contributes to a collaborative workplace, supporting the Spa value of community, common goals and acceptance.

Education & Experience:
- Graduate from an accredited School of massage
- Successful completion of a 2200 hour massage therapy program.
- Registered and in good standing as a massage therapist in the state/ province required
- Minimum of one-year work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential
- Passion for Guest Service and Health and Wellness
Working Conditions:
Due to 365-day-a-year operations, this position may be exposed to long shifts that include late hours, weekends, and holidays. This position is set in a fast-paced environment, with high levels of interaction with guests, employees, and other stakeholders. This position spends a lot of time on their feet, multitasking competing priorities, dealing with employee and guest issues and leading a culture of service excellence.
