Alumni Engagement & Development Officer

Job Summary
The Alumni Engagement & Development Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage alumni and secure philanthropic support for the University of Toronto.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engagement strategies to connect with alumni.
- Manage relationships with key alumni and stakeholders.
- Coordinate events and initiatives to foster alumni engagement.
- Collaborate with various departments to align alumni engagement efforts with institutional goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in alumni relations, fundraising, or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in higher education or non-profit sector.
- Familiarity with fundraising software and CRM systems.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Other Relevant Details
- This position may require occasional evening and weekend work.
