Job Description If you’re a B2B SaaS Product Marketing Manager who gravitates toward structure, systems thinking, and improving how teams operate, this Product Marketing Operations role lets you focus on those strengths full-time. As the Senior Product Marketing Operations Manager, reporting to the VP of Product Marketing – Strategy & Operations, you’ll help codify PMM processes, drive change management around new ways of working, and strengthen the consistency and effectiveness of PMM workflows and processes across our global teams.
This is a strong next step for a Product Marketer who enjoys the operational side of PMM and wants to shape the frameworks, workflows, and operational standards that enable product marketing teams to deliver high-quality work at scale.
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week from our Toronto or Vancouver office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2-5 years of demonstrated experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B SaaS/Software (required).
- A strong understanding of product marketing workflows gained through your hands-on experience as a Product Marketer.
- You've been recognized by leaders and colleagues for your exceptional organization and strong project management skills.
- Proven experience establishing and scaling processes, templates, or systems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills - able to simplify complex ideas for a global audience.
- Experience producing effective copy or internal communications with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated interest in AI and examples of how you’ve used it to elevate your work.
- Collaborative, influential, and able to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- A strategic mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and codify PMM processes, templates, and tools to drive consistency, repeatability, and operational excellence across the global team.
- Own PMM content management processes and governance to ensure materials are structured, current, and easy for teams across regions to access and use.
- Support budget oversight by managing purchasing workflows and ensuring spend is aligned with PMM operational needs.
- Own and drive the development of the PMM-curated roadmap across all products and regions.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide meaningful visibility into PMM insights for executive leadership
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights that inform PMM decision-making and priorities.
- Develop clear, differentiated content for analyst evaluations and industry reports, positioning our products effectively against competitors.
- Transform awards and accolades into strong, compelling narratives that reinforce our market credibility.
- Develop PMM narrative briefs for major company events—such as our global user conference—to ensure product marketing storylines and priorities are aligned across teams and regions.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$130,000 to C$150,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (20%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
