- Internship program starts in June and runs approximately 10 weeks What Your Summer Role Could Look Like…- Be part of a meaningful summer project where your ideas and input truly matter—you’ll help solve real business problems using the latest tech and tools, culminating with an internship deliverable and presentation.
- Collaborate in-person with your team, clients, and company leaders to build relationships, learn from others, and contribute to a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
- Build core consulting skills while helping clients drive transformation and create meaningful impact.
- Provide support in strategic development, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
- Analyze data to uncover insights, solve complex problems, and inform business decisions.
- Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like AI, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics.
- Receive ongoing support and guidance from a mentor (or "buddy") who’ll help you grow professionally and navigate your summer experience.

- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in any major from any university with an anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2026 – August 2027
- If applying for Montreal location, must be fluently bilingual in English and French
- If applying for Ottawa location, must be eligible for Security Clearance Preferred Qualifications:- Prior internship experience in consulting, technology, or professional services.
- Project experience through work or coursework by developing and implementing solutions to solve real-world business challenges, demonstrating a consulting mindset.
- Leadership experience through student organizations or extracurricular activities.
- A growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and development.
- Familiarity with programming languages, data visualization tools, and/or cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of core consulting skills – business processes, organizational strategies, project management and an interest in technology.
- Ability to work with data to solve real-world problems and present findings clearly.
- Effective communicator in a presentation setting. English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. This role involves working in person—either at our offices, client sites, or delivery centers—so you can collaborate effectively and build strong relationships with teammates and clients. Please note that with all of our roles, you should expect to be in-person for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
