Le candidat retenu aura de l'expérience dans la gestion de managers et d'équipes aux compétences variées ; la création, le suivi et le contrôle des budgets ; l'optimisation et la rationalisation des processus actuels pour une efficacité maximale ; la planification stratégique par l'utilisation de métriques d'entonnoir ; le mentorat à tous les niveaux ; le parrainage et la réalisation de grands projets et la proposition de solutions techniques à des problèmes complexes. Ce poste requiert un candidat ayant une capacité avérée à conduire l'amélioration continue et à maintenir le rythme de notre croissance explosive tout en motivant les autres à relever les défis d'un environnement extrêmement axé sur les délais.

We are currently expanding our infrastructure management team and are looking for proven technology managers to fill our Data Center Operation Cluster Leader opening. This should be a person with broad experience in people management/development with the drive and vision to take Amazon.com Data Center Operations to the next level.
The successful candidate will have experience managing managers and teams with varying skill sets; creating, tracking and controlling budgets; leaning and streamlining current processes for maximum efficiency; strategic planning through use of funnel metrics; mentoring people in all levels; sponsoring and delivering large projects and proposing technical solutions to complicated problems.
This position requires a candidate with the proven ability to drive continuous improvement and the ability to keep pace with our explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of an extremely deadline-driven environment.

Basic Qualifications

- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de la méthodologie LEAN/6 Sigma (amélioration continue, DMAIC/DVADV, 5 Pourquoi, analyse des causes racines, etc.)

- Plus de 7 ans d'expérience avec les composants informatiques et les systèmes d'exploitation
- • Puisque ce rôle nécessite que l’employé interagisse avec d’autres entités d’Amazon à l’échelle mondiale ainsi qu’avec des employés et intervenants dans d’autres provinces canadiennes, la connaissance du français et de l’anglais est exigée pour ce poste.
- Fluent in French and English

- 5+ years management experience in an operations, critical infrastructure, manufacturing, production, or distribution environment

- 3+ years experience implementing LEAN/6 Sigma methodology (continuous improvement, DMAIC/DVADV, 5 Whys, Root Cause analysis, etc) * 7+ years of experience working with computer components and operating systems. • Due to the nature of the role that requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada, bilingualism French and English is required for this position
Preferred Qualifications
- Diplôme universitaire Bac en ingénierie, informatique ou dans un domaine connexe
- Certification/Ceintures LEAN
