You look beneath the surface to uncover creative, measurable, and more importantly, impactful solutions.
In this role, you will be effectively managing projects and customer support for fast-paced, exciting pharmaceutical accounts. You will be working with smart, engaged clients who appreciate attention to detail, collaboration, and quick thinking. You will:
- Serve as point-of-contact for customers, providing proactive updates on deliverable status
- Lead development of external and internal communications including: press releases, key messages, website content, patient engagement content, video scripts, social media content, sponsored content and presentations for meetings, summits, planning, etc.
- Manage project timelines and action plans, delegating work and supporting team operations
- Mentor and coach junior team members
**Essential Requirements: **
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years’ experience in a professional environment within the healthcare and/or communications industries
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced (but fun) environment, meeting internal and external deadlines
**Desired Requirements: ******
- Agency experience
- Understanding of FDA/regulatory agencies approval process and experience with scenario planning
- Understanding of social media processes/tools/approach/regulations, corporate review processes, healthcare regulations/pharma industry and issues management
- Experience in media relations, data communications, disease state awareness campaigns, and corporate communications
