About the role

Position: Administration Receptionist

Reports to: Human Resources and Employee experience Advisor & VP of Finance and Administration

Employment: Seasonal, 32 hours/week (4 days/week)

Job Description: The Administration Receptionist serves as a primary source for providing general information to our guests via email, web chat, phone or in person; as well as directing internal calls. The Receptionist is also in charge of office ordering, assisting admin staff with payroll, staff accom and other tasks as required. Organizing and disseminating staff mail is also a major task.

Position Requirements/Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Good computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • answering the main telephone line
  • monitoring and replying to the general email box
  • organizing and distributing staff mail
  • posting administration office mail
  • coordinating the town courier trips
  • To conduct inspections of all staff Accommodation including inside and outside areas to ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.
  • Ensure inventory in all staff units are maintained and sufficiently recorded.
  • helping guests with printing, faxing and scanning/email needs
  • assisting the accountants in general office tasks as requested

Physical Demands:

  • lifting boxes

Compensation: $21.00/hr.

Start Date: Monday, October 28, 2025

Location: Big White Ski Resort

Accommodation: The Receptionist position requires the individual to secure their own accommodation for the winter season.
