We are seeking a detail orientated, organized Change Business Analyst with excellent communication and collaboration project team skills to contribute to our Thrive Project Team in Bayshore Home Care Solutions (BHCS). Our Thrive Project team is engaged in the Procura replacement initiatives including Alayacare Implementation as well as other automation opportunities, and efficiency initiatives to transform the government line of business processes. Project initiatives include process optimization and change management activities related to People, Process & Technology systems such as Alayacare, Peoplesoft, MS Technologies, Robotic Process Automation, Agentic AI and many others. The ideal candidate is passionate about change, process improvement, operational effectiveness, accuracy, customer service and has experience with Alayacare implementations and managing change in a decentralized branch environment.

Duties And Responsibilities Ensure the project deliverables aim to improve Branch process through Client and Employee Management, Scheduling, Visit Verification, Payroll, Billing and AR activity accuracy, through a critical lens in a timely and efficient manner

Meet & engage with various stakeholders from different departments, branches, levels of the organization to thoroughly understand and document business requirements, process workflows, project success criteria, and work with project sponsors to determine how success will be measured.

Document testing scenarios, test scripts, testing issues, resolutions, sign offs as well as collaborating with project team and testers during UAT to meet timelines and escalate risks.

Collaborate with other project team members to ensure project critical path items are addressed and the understand the impact to any change management deliverables.

Support stakeholder communication and change activities by working with Operational Excellence Team to ensure seamless transition to supporting teams.

Flexibility of project methodology where required between waterfall, agile, hybrid.

Participate in and support operational change management of the final project deliverables, documenting user guides, leading in-services to end user training on new process changes and ongoing updates/changes to process improvements and follow up to ensure adoption and backstream enhancement is met through collaboration with Operation excellence team

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Business Transformation Manager

Technical Skills Minimum of 4-5 years of experience:

Documenting & implementing improved operational processes in a growth company

Familiarity with systems supporting complete Client lifecycle in healthcare community environment

Solid understanding of client and employee workflows; Experience with MS Office tools, Project, Visio, analytical reporting tools such as Power Analytics; Process Automation tools, or other workflow automation, process improvement analytics, LEAN and/or Prosci certification is an asset.

Soft Skills Flexible, with strong organization, and time management skills

Creative, innovative and collaborative team player understanding feedback as a constructive growth tool

Self-motivated, proactive, and a disciplined doer with high energy; ability to manage multiple project priorities

Strong communicator – working across a variety of business and finance teams at all levels

Comfortable implementing process improvement changes in a fast-paced environment

Education

Degree or Diploma in recognized Business, System or Quality Analysis Program
