About the role
Role: Full Stack .NET Developer (Remote) Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Payout: $30 - $110/hour
Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Backend C#/.NET Developer to work on a contract basis. This position involves applying expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. With a focus on domain knowledge, no prior experience in AI is required, making this an exciting opportunity for experts to contribute to the development of frontier AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using C# and .NET frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and security in all backend implementations.
- Optimize existing backend processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently in production and staging environments.
- Document technical specifications and backend architecture clearly for team collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in C# and .NET frameworks, including experience with design patterns, coding standards, and software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of database concepts, including MySQL, and ability to design and implement efficient database solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex backend issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration.
